Full Event Planning & Design.

Starting from £6500

This package is designed for the entire planning process from the beginning; location, invitation, styling, organize and day coordination.

• In-person consultation w/£2000 non-refundable deposit to book the event (applied to total) • Conceptualize and design theme/color scheme for event • Assist/advise with vendor selections & contract negotiations: • Attend 5 in-person vendor meetings/planning sessions or w/client as required for design elements & details: • Unlimited phone & email support • Venue walk-through with coordinator, final details meeting, event day timeline • Confirm with all vendors 1 week prior to event • Customized designed dessert table fully catered according to theme • Day of Coordination: Manage on site production during set-up (up to 8 hrs.)

• Venue Finding • A Signature Theme • 2-4 Hr Entertainment (Face painter, clown, balloon artist) • Setup/Breakdown (Leave the mess to us) • Party Goods for Tablescape (Dinner and dessert plates, napkins, cups, or forks) • Themed Party Décor (Props, Garland Flags, etc.) • Custom Sweets Table • Tablescape for Guests (Includes table linen, runner and Centerpieces, Charger plates or Placemats) • Chair Covers or Chiavari Chairs • Custom Digital Invitations (Matching theme) • Kids Tables (Up to 2-4 Kids tables seating up to 30-40 kids. • Photographer/Cinematography • Party Music /DJ • Party Favor Boxes • BIRTHDAY CHAIR - Throne Chair (this applies only if it goes with the theme)

SERVICE 02

Event Styling Only

Starting from £1200

This package is perfect for the host that has the ideas, but needs help with styling details and execution of their event.

• £600 non-refundable deposit to book the event (applied to total) • In-person consultation to go over venue set-up, plans, design elements & details: Design and coordinate floor plan, decor, set-up / rental selections / cake design / floral / decor / tablescape / centerpiece / etc. (client expense) • Unlimited phone & email support for advise and expertise.

We provide:

• Customized designed dessert/candy table fully catered according to theme (platters, embellishments, labels, favor bags). • Custom event branding and signage as needed (food, beverage, welcome, etc.). • Customized Backdrop, props and centerpieces. • Event Styling and detail coordination.

DIY Rental Service

Party furniture and props available to hire and a range of bespoke party decorations made to order. Our DIY styling package offers everything you need, please contact us to discuss your requirements and to request a quote.

Event Day Coordination

Starting from £1500

This package is designed to have a planner at your side executing all the details of your event so that you can enjoy your day.

• In-person consultation w/£800 non-refundable deposit to book the event (applied to total) • 1 in-person venue meeting to go over final details, walk-through, event timeline, vendor list • Creating a detailed schedule time-line for the day • Gathering and reviewing all vendor contracts and confirming 1 week prior to event • Unlimited email and phone support • Being a contact point at set up for any other suppliers • Management of on-site production during set-up and throughout event (up to 8 hrs.)
